E & M Construction began in 1994, when Eli was first introduced to the trade while working alongside his uncle. After gaining hands-on experience in the late ’90s, Eli moved into building maintenance at a large facility with over 200 employees. While the role provided valuable skills, he soon realized his true passion was working directly with customers and building something of his own.

Starting with small jobs and just one helper, the business quickly grew. Within three years, the team had expanded to four or five employees, and by 2010, E & M Construction had earned a reputation for dependable service and quality craftsmanship.

Today, the business is faithfully run by father and son — Eli and Abe — leading a dedicated crew that, together, brings over 50 years of combined construction experience. What sets E & M apart is more than skill and knowledge; it’s the commitment to building strong relationships with every client. For us, a project isn’t complete until the customer is fully satisfied.
